The Housemates vote for which of the nominees they want to evict. The Head of Household is only required to vote in the event of a tie.

Cassi is the second Housemate to be evicted from Big Brother 13 USA by 9-0 votes.

Shelly survives the vote and received a Golden Key giving her immunity from all nominations and evictions until there are just 10 Housemates remaining.

Shortly after the eviction Rachel won a competition and became the new Head of Household. Brendon is granted immunity from eviction this week as he is Rachel's teammate.
