Day 1, Thursday 5th June 2008: The Launch

16 Housemates entered the House at the launch of Big Brother 9 UK.

They were - Alexandra, Dale, Darnell, Dennis, Jennifer, Kathreya, Lisa, Luke, Mario, Michael, Mohamed, Rachel, Rebecca, Rex, Stephanie and Sylvia.

Lisa and Mario are a couple. They, along with Luke and Stephanie have been given a secret mission which is to ensure that the rest of the Housemates do not discover that Lisa and Mario are a couple.

If they fail their mission then Lisa, Luke, Mario and Stephanie will be up for eviction. If they pass the mission then the other 12 Housemates will be up for eviction.
