Day 23, Thursday 29th March 2007: The Big Exit
Today came the shock announcement that half the Housemates will be evicted on Monday. This will be a world first. The first time in Big Brother history that 5 or 6 Housemates will be evicted in one day.
The Housemates have been divided into 2 groups.
Group 1 is Mario, Dimitri, Astrid, Naiomi & Benjamin
Group 2 is Virginie, Hanne, Nicolas, Martin, Diana & Evelien
The public are now voting for which group should be evicted/saved. The group with the most evict votes (after save votes are deducted) will be evicted on Monday. If group 1 is evicted it will be a quintruple eviction, if group 2 is evicted it will be a sextruple eviction - either way it will be a world Big Brother record.
Ratings for this edition of Big Brother have been the lowest of any Belgium Edition and public opinion is that the Housemates are boring. The producers have took notice and as well as the multiple evictions on Monday, there will be 6 new Housemates entering to replace them. They are:-
